Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), we kindly inform you that:

1) Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is Radomskie Tekstylia Przemysłowe Sp. z o.o., ul. Chorzowska 17, 26-600 Radom.

2) Purposes of Data Processing

Your personal data are processed for the purpose of:

• a. Agreement Fulfilment: Execution of the agreement for the duration of the agreement and for settlement purposes after its termination (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
• b. Compliance with Legal Obligations: Fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent upon us (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), such as:

– Issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents for the period specified by the provisions of the Accounting Act.

– Responding to complaints within the deadline and manner provided by law.

• c. Claim Establishment, Defence, and Pursuit: Establishing, defending, and pursuing claims, which includes, among others, pursuing our receivables under the agreement for the period after which these claims become time-barred (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
• d. Marketing Activities: Our online store uses marketing tools, such as Google ADS, to optimize advertising campaigns. As part of this process, personal data such as e-mail address or IP address may be collected and processed. This data is used solely to improve the quality of our advertisements and tailor them to your needs.

3) Recipients of Personal Data

Recipients of your personal data will include: postal and courier companies ensuring the exchange of correspondence between you and us, the security agency ensuring the safety of our facilities, and banks and financial institutions carrying out financial settlements of transactions resulting from the agreement.

We cooperate with external service providers, such as Google, to carry out advertising campaigns. Personal data may be transferred to these providers, but it is used in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. We will not share or resell your personal data to other third parties. We will use them only and exclusively for our purposes listed above.

4) Data Transfer Outside the EEA

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations outside the European Economic Area.

5) Your Rights

You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object.

6) Right to Withdraw Consent

If processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

7) Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of law.

RETURNS (WITHDRAWAL FROM AGREEMENT)

1. A Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code has the right to withdraw from an agreement concluded off-premises on the terms specified in the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights, subject to the conditions below.
2. Withdrawal from the agreement is carried out by submitting a statement of withdrawal to the Seller.
3. Returns should be sent to the address: Radomskie Tekstylia Przemysłowe Sp. z o.o., ul. Chorzowska 17, 26-600 Radom.
4. Return shipments sent cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
5. The Customer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item, provided that the goods are returned in an unimpaired condition.
6. In the case of signs of use, the Seller reserves the right to proportionally reduce the refunded amount.
7. The goods must be returned in an unimpaired condition, allowing for further resale. This means that the Customer should send the product back in the original packaging, secured with protective foil. In the absence of the original security, the Seller has the right to apply a reduction of the refund.
8. The Customer is entitled to a refund of delivery costs up to the amount of the cheapest available shipping option offered by the Seller at the time of placing the order.
9. The right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to personalized (non-prefabricated) goods.
10. Products such as strip curtains, which consist of individually fitted elements (e.g., cut strips, crimped plates, mounting strips), are not subject to return.
11. The right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to orders where the goods are made according to the customer’s specification or customized to their individual needs.
12. The Seller recommends strip lengths in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, however, it may produce strips of dimensions indicated by the Customer. In the case of ordering strips inconsistent with the manufacturer’s recommendations, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences.

COMPLAINTS

1. The Seller guarantees that all offered products are free from defects.
2. The release of the goods occurs at the moment they are handed over to the transport company. From this moment, the risk of damage or loss of the goods rests with the Customer.
3. The Seller provides operating instructions supplied by the manufacturer and, if necessary, additional product information.
4. The Seller does not accept COD shipments.
